Monthly Workshops - A workshop on a business subject of value to the community bringing in experts to present.
Monthly Cocktail Convos - A relaxed evening event where members can get to know each other socially, either at a member’s house or a local business.
1:1 Connection Convos - A structured 1:1 convo with a member of the leadership team to get to know new members and learn how we can support each other.
Annual Gratitude & Celebration Ceremony - An annual ceremony where we present awards and give people the opportunity to express how DBC has had a positive impact.
Quarterly Business Retreat - An intimate quarterly getaway focused on rejuvenation and envisioning the future.

Becks Nielson, the dynamic CEO of Becks Nielson Real Estate, is a proud Utah native, born and raised in the heart of the state. Having called Daybreak home for over a decade, this vibrant community holds a special place in her heart. Real estate serves as a medium for her deep connection with local residents and the community. In her role as the co-administrator of the Daybreak Business Network, Becks passionately champions local businesses, contributing significantly to the community's growth. As a co-host on the Radio Daybreak Podcast, Becks radiates an outgoing, fun, and charismatic energy, passionately celebrating the heartbeat of the community and this beautiful state.
He is the CEO and Founder of Ride The Wave Media, a podcast network that puts creators first. He has worked in the entertainment industry for over two decades with the biggest celebrities in music, movies, and television. He has produced over 10,000 pieces of content for major companies such as iHeartRadio, Apple Music, NBC Sports, PodcastOne, Big Boy’s Neighborhood, Strombo, and more. He also has credits on a few video games including VR producer credits in Mark Zuckerberg’s Metaverse.
Jen is a dedicated educator with dual bachelor's degrees from Utah State University in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She transitioned from second-grade teaching to nurturing preschoolers at home. Jen is most passionate about supporting moms in maintaining identity through motherhood. She is a mother of three boys, ages 5, 3, and 1. Jen is host of the podcast A is for Adversity and is currently working on a book. She is an avid reader, baking enthusiast, and collector of inspirational quotes.
Ben Brown was born in an extreme religious cult on a ranch in northern Wyoming. He didn’t attend school and instead was forced worked in his family bakery starting at age 8. He would often work 12-16 hour days and then sneak books into his room at night to read. He left his family’s way of life when he was 20, attended college, and became first a high school teacher, then a business executive and consultant before finding his true passion in standup comedy as The Fresh King Benjamin.
